Matcha Set Full Customization: One-Stop Service for Amazon Sellers

Project Overview

An Amazon seller wanted to launch a complete matcha set. But they did not want to deal with multiple suppliers for products, packaging, and photography. They wanted one person to handle everything.

We provided a full-service solution. The matcha set included: a glass matcha bowl with custom silk-screen logo, a glass whisk holder, a custom matcha powder canister, a stainless steel spoon, a purple bamboo whisk , a custom paper tube for the whisk and a magnetic gift box.

We also produced product photos and videos for the customer. The customer received a complete package – ready to list on Amazon.

Customer Background

The customer was an overseas Amazon seller with experience selling kitchen and tea products, but they had never launched a matcha set before.

Their main concerns were threefold.

First, product completeness. A matcha set should include all necessary items. The customer did not want buyers to feel something was missing after opening the box.

Second, brand consistency. They wanted their logo on the matcha bowl and their brand style reflected in the packaging. The entire set needed to look like it came from one brand.

Our Solution – Products

Clear Glass Matcha Bowl with Silk-Screen Logo

The customer provided their logo design. We completed silk-screen printing on the clear glass bowl. The logo is clear and durable. The glass material has high transparency, showing the color of the matcha powder during use. It meets food contact safety standards. The printing process was tested to ensure it would not fade or peel under normal use and washing. The bowl has a traditional shape and is comfortable to hold.

Clear Glass Chasen Stand (Whisk Stand)

This is the traditional stand used to hold the bamboo whisk when not in use. Made of clear glass, it matches the bowl perfectly. The glass material creates a unified, modern look for the entire set. It is easy to clean and protects the delicate bamboo whisk tines.

Custom Matcha Powder Canister

The canister was customized to match the overall set style. The customer chose the size, material, and finish. The canister keeps matcha powder fresh by sealing out moisture and light. It fits neatly inside the magnetic gift box alongside the other items.

Stainless Steel Spoon

A standard stainless steel matcha spoon was selected. It is food-grade, rust-resistant, and easy to clean. The spoon matches the modern look of the set while serving a practical purpose – measuring the right amount of matcha powder for each serving.

Shippoku Bonriki (Purple Bamboo Whisk Holder)

This is a traditional holder for the bamboo whisk. Made from purple bamboo, it adds a natural and premium feel to the set. The holder keeps the whisk off the counter and allows it to air dry properly. Purple bamboo is known for its durability and distinctive color.

Custom Paper Tube for the Bamboo Holder

The bamboo holder required protective packaging. We designed and produced a custom paper tube. The tube fits the holder perfectly and prevents damage during shipping. The exterior of the tube can be printed with branding if needed, though the customer chose a minimalist design for this project.

Magnetic Gift Box

The entire set is packaged in a magnetic closure gift box. The box is sturdy, easy to open and close, and suitable for both gifting and e-commerce shipping. The customer's brand style was applied to the box exterior. The interior has custom compartments to hold each item securely in place.

Our Solution – Photography

At the customer's request, we provided product photography and video production.

Product Images

We shot white background images for Amazon main images. Each item was photographed from multiple angles. We also took detailed close-ups of the silk-screen logo and the packaging details.

Lifestyle Images

We created scenes showing matcha preparation. The set was arranged on a wooden table with matcha powder, hot water, and a bamboo whisk. The clear glass bowl stands out in these scenes, clearly showing the color of the matcha.

Product Video

We produced a short video showing the full set. Each item is presented in sequence. The video shows how the whisk sits on the glass stand, how the glass bowl is used for preparing matcha, and how the magnetic box opens and closes. This video is suitable for Amazon main image video or product listing video.

The customer did not need to arrange their own photography. We delivered all visual assets along with the products.
